Hey beautiful,

Thank you so much for joining us for this epic experience! I hope you enjoy every part of it, from start to finish.

I know, Paint Your Peach requires a little more commitment than your average paint and sip... but that's because it's not your average paint and sip! ;)

Let's get the housekeeping out of the way first. This is the important part I need you to remember:

You have 7 days from the day of your ticket purchase to submit your photo!

If you are unable to submit it within this timeframe, you must communicate with Sab via email at sab@paintyourpeach.com.au to let me know.

Please make sure you send your photo on time to avoid a late submission fee or missing out on having your personalised portrait prepared. All portraits are drawn by hand, so I need enough time to prepare them before the event!

Taking Your Photo

Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.

Portrait Guidelines

Send Your Photo Safely

SENDING YOUR PHOTO

It is of the highest importance that you follow those steps to ensure I receive your photo safely. Photos will not be accepted any other way.

  1. Send a text test first to make sure you don't mistakenly send your photo to a random number!!  Send to 0422 142 966 : "Who's this?" and I'll answer "It's Sab". This is your green light to send your photo!

  2. Add your first name +  date of your event (format dd/mm). It is extremely important to have the correct date and format for my system to be able to retrieve your photo at time of drawing.

If I receive your photo, you will receive confirmation within 48 hours. Remember there is a real human at the other end. 💛

If you do not receive confirmation, your photo has not come through and you must get in touch with me via email or socials, as I will not know you've attempted to send it.

If you have any questions that aren't answered here, or need a little help, don't hesitate to reach out.

I'm so looking forward to meeting you!

Big love,

Sab x

FAQ

What happens if I can’t send my photo on time?

If no photo or communication is sent within the allocated timeframe, a generic portrait will be drawn, and a re-draw fee will apply if you still want a custom portrait.

Of course, life gets in the way sometimes. If you believe you won’t be able to send your photo on time, please get in touch within the timeframe to let me know and we can set an alternative date.

Why is the cutoff time to submit photo so strict, even if my event is in a month?

Absolutely! No pressure, but you can also get a second portrait with a great discount at the event, including all the material to complete at home. Just ask via text when sending your photo!

Who is going to see my photo?

Sab is the only person who will ever view your original photo. Once your drawing is completed, the photo will be deleted.

I can’t pick one photo! Can I send a few ones so you can help me?

Absolutely! TheDIY kits, custom paint by numbers kits, andcouples kitsare all personalised based on your own spicy selfie, or any silhouette you would like to paint.

What if I need to cancel?

A lot of the work happens behind the scenes in the lead-up to your event, including the time spent hand-drawing your portrait. For this reason, once your portrait has been created, no rescheduling, exchanges, credits, or refunds aren’t available. In some cases, partial refunds may be available if a cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to an event and if the ticket amount was greater than the value of a DIY kit.

If you’re unable to attend, you can still receive your portrait along with your paint and brushes to complete at home.

Please note that while I’m on tour, I live and work from my van with very limited space. Because of this, I’m unable to store portraits after the event, and I also have limited packaging available for shipping. Your portrait and materials will need to be collected from the venue, or picked up by a friend who is attending on your behalf.
While venues do their best to assist, not all venues have the capacity to handle or store them with extra care. For this reason, I cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss once portraits have been left at the venue and recommend picking up as soon as possible.

Can I send a breastfeeding/birth photo?

While pregnancy photos are absolutely welcomed, I kindly ask that breastfeeding/crowning photos are not submitted for portrait outlines for events. I completely honour and celebrate breastfeeding, birth, and the power of the female body, but try to keep the event portraits focussed on the women themselves, and not so much on caregiving roles that can define us on the outside. This is simply to help keep the space as trigger free as possible and stay aligned with the style of portraits I create.

If you’d still love to include your postpartum body, you are more than welcome to send a non-breastfeeding photo that still reflects this season of your life. You are also welcome to order a breastfeeding portrait for a home kit.

Can I bring my baby?

Babies in arms may be welcome at some venues, however toddlers are not permitted. Please also be mindful that many women attend PYP as a chance to have time for themselves. If you do bring your baby, we kindly ask that you come in after the meditation and sharing circle and that you’re prepared to step outside if they become unsettled, so we can keep the space calm and supportive for everyone. Note that there may also be loud music during the some parts of the event and people singing along.
